The Science of Running Symposium brings together experts in medicine, running biomechanics, physical therapy, coaching, running gear, and strength training. If you’re looking to advance your running performance this event is for you! This event is is open to all runners, coaches, parents of runners of any age and ability.

The Science of Running Symposium will feature lecture and hands-on learning opportunities with local experts in the field of running performance and rehabilitation. A Running Start and other vendors will be on hand for you to test out, and see what’s new in shoe-wear and training opportunities for 2018.
